Bear Street Outfitters was started by outdoor enthusiasts for outdoor enthusiasts! Founded in 2023 in the Canadian Rocky Mountain town of Banff, Alberta, Bear St Outfitters aims to be the best ski and bike shop in the Bow Valley, with a commitment toward excellence and dedication to customer service.
Bear Street Outfitters staff are local ski and bike gurus who all moved here for the same reason; to work and play in the Canadian Rockies. They are all admitted gear nerds with a passion for skiing and the outdoors, so you’re likely to see them playing in the mountains when they aren’t working at the shop.
Of course you are allowed to pick up your skis on the day before your first rental day. All our shops offer this service free of charge. Just get your equipment after 4 p.m. on the day before.
Please note: It is not possible to pick up bicycles on the day before in all shops. Please contact the shop in advance.
You can edit your reservation in good time before your first rental day. Please log in your customer account and click on “My reservations”. You can change your rental period, the shoe size of your friend,your rental location or add new products there. You can cancel your order easily in your customer account. Alternatively you can write an email to info@bearstreetoutfitters.com Please state your reservation number. If you payed in advance, we will refund your money. There are no cancellation fees.
Please mind: If you selected “delivery to accomodation” cancelation is free of charge untill 72 hours before your first rental day. Otherwise we will refund 100 % of the equipment price but withheld the delivery fee.
It is unfortunately not possible to book half-day rentals online. We only offer entire days there.
Our flex to change option is build to suit your needs. We’ll help you swap your rental setup at no extra charge for a hassle- free experience. Big mountain terrain is never one-ski-fits-all, so why should your rentals be?
